In the white of January, the Craftsbury Public Library offers an armchair travelling trip to the green of New Zealand's South Island. Louise and Randi Calderwood recently traveled to New Zealand, and they will share their experience with the public on Sunday, January 25 at 6:30PM. The Calderwoods will show slides, with an emphasis on agriculture. They will also provide an overview of the country's agricultural economy and grass based production system. Come for the photos of sunshine and green grass or to learn about the New Zealand system of farming.
