Pan-Celtic Music & Dance Concert, Saturday, January 31st
Slip away to the “mystical isles” with an evening of live Pan-Celtic music. Enjoy traditional roots of Irish and Scottish music and Highland Dance and then travel across the ocean for some Quebecois and Appalachian tunes. This year Green Mt. Celts will be joined by John Guay, Nancy Bakemeier, Vonnie Estes, Iain MacHarg, Ben Post and the Heather Morris Dancers. The skirl of the bagpipes, celtic whistles, heartbeat of the drum, magic of the fiddle and mystical Hammered Dulcimer will make up a lively and entertaining evening for all ages.
Time: 7:00 pm followed by a reception
Tickets at the door: $10 for individuals, $8 for students 13 - 18, and children 12 and under may attend free
Location: Good Shepherd Lutheran Church on Route 15 near the junction with Brown's Trace and across from Clark's Truck Center
Parking: Free, on premises. Handicap accessible.
