Ski for Heat Event Sunday @Morse Farm

Sunday Jan. 25th from 9am to 4pm there is a fundraising event at Morse Farm Ski area. If you haven't been there, it is a beautiful cross-country ski area with great trails. You can register for the event online at www.skiforheat.org and fundraise to win great prizes, like a two-day ski and stay package at Stowe. Or, you can just show up, ski and participate in a scavenger hunt with more great prizes including a $150 gift certificate to Hen of the Wood, free cone vouchers to Ben and Jerry's, Turtle Fur apparel, a pie from Poorhouse Pies and more... this is a family friendly event for a great cause, to ensure struggling Vermonters have sufficient heating fuel to get through the winter. All proceeds go to the emergency fuel assistance program at Capstone Community Action, which serves Washington, Lamoille and Orange Counties. Hope to see you there!
