Think you've got the best chili in town? Come on out to the Annual Chili Cook-Off at the Colchester Winter Carnival and support our local Veterans. The Chili Cook-Off will take place on Saturday, February 7th at 10:30 at Colchester High School. $15 entry fee. Trophies will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place winners. Please bring a ladle and your warm chili in a crockpot to the CHS cafeteria by 10:00 am. Judging will take place at 10:30 am. Trophies will be presented to the winners immediately following judging. Leftover chili will be sold with profits going to Blue Star Mothers of Vermont, a non-profit Veteran Service Organization. For a registration form send an email to aromablessings@yahoo.com.
