Hi Mom,

If you're a mom, you are invited to the MOPS/MOMs Next meeting this Thursday, January 22nd at 630pm in the library at Thatcher Brook. Childcare provided up to age 10.

Our topic will be the "Courage to Raise Brave Kids." We will hear from MOPS writer, Mandy Arioto as she learned to face courage in a new way. She realized being a brave mom is essential to raising brave kids. With a strategy on how to let go a little in order to raise kids equipped for the future, Mandy invites us to pass on courage to our kids so they can change the world!

We will also be collecting gently used jeans at our next few meetings- if you have a pair or two that you don't wear anymore, bring them in this week. We will participate in a service project at a future meeting making denim patterns for shoes to be made overseas. You can read more about this project at solehope.org.
