Preschool Registration & Screening
For children born on or before 9/1/12
Registration is January 12 - February 20 from 7:30-3:00 at TBPS.
Please bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate, immunization record
and proof of residency e.g seller’s agreement, tax or utility bill,
or statement from landlord.
