Spiritual Roots has been created to help people remain connected with the Sacred, despite all the traumatic events that occur in the world and in personal lives. These events can throw us off center, render us less able to function and can lead us to questions that have no answers.

Each time we gather, we will develop a strong practice of opening to the light of high realms, centering in it and grounding with it, so that we are better able to handle whatever life brings us. Each month's topic will deepen our ability to walk with Spirit and provide us with more tools to become unshakeable. You will leave feeling uplifted and strengthened by our practice, our sharing and from each others presence.
