Few of our public officials give as much of themselves and work as hard as City Councilor Dave Hartnett does for all of us in the New North End.

Dave has been a champion for parks, schools, kids, and community. He always puts people ahead of politics and he is always the voice a voice for common sense solutions to community issues.

If there is an important public meeting outside of his normal City Council schedule, Dave is usually there as well looking out for our interests. Just the other night, I saw him at a School Board budget meeting about that lasted until 11PM.

We are lucky to have Dave Hartnett representing us.

Dave has worked hard for us and this Sunday January 11, he needs us to take about an hour out of our afternoon to support him at his party's caucus where he faces a late challenge for his City Council candidacy in the March 3rd election.

Please join me in supporting Dave on Sunday, January 11, at the Sustainability Academy/Laurence Barnes Elementary School, 123 North Street. Doors open at 3:45 pm, and participants must be in the registration line no later than 4:15. Voting will be done by secret ballot. Free childcare will be available.

Any registered voter in Wards 4 & 7 can attend the Democratic Caucus and vote their support for Dave Hartnett as long as they have not already participated in another party’s nominating caucus for the March 3rd election.
