The Barre Area Senior Citizens would love to see you at the NEW senior center open house on Friday, Jan. 9 from 1 - 7 PM. We are located in the Wall Complex at 131 So. Main St. #4 which is down behind the Northfield Savings Bank on south main st. and just across the hall from Campo di Vino. Ribbon cutting will be at 1:30 followed by demos, good food, and tours. We encourage folks to sign up for classes or to suggest class topics which they would like to participate in or even teach. One must be 50 years old to join. Some activities are bridge lessons and games, mahjong, cribbage, luncheons, book club, exercise, yoga, line dancing, and trips and we would like to start knitting, geneology,and art classes.
