On February 12th the Franklin Grand Isle Bookmobile will be hosting its annual Young at Arts Event at Missisquoi Valley Union from 6-8:30 pm. This is an evening that features the work of local young artists and musicians. We are currently looking for artists. dancers, and musicians who are looking for an opportunity to display their talents.
