“Felden-what?" Feldenkrais. It is a method of movement re-education, named after the man who developed it, Moshe Feldenkrais. The Feldenkrais Method® is a way to teach movement. Come and join Uwe for a special introductory workshop that is suited for everybody. Anyone --young or old, physically challenged or physically fit --can benefit. Through this Method, you can increase your ease and range of motion, improve your flexibility and coordination without stretching and straining.
