"Adventures in Abstract Art" for students in grades K-2.
In this class we will be learning about the artwork of Pablo Picasso, Wassily Kandinsky, Robert Rauschenberg and Jackson Pollock. We will complete 4 projects in similar styles while experimenting with the methods and materials that the artists themselves used. Tuesdays in January 4-4:50
"Exploring Portraits" for students in grades 3-6.
In this class the children will be making 2 self portraits. One in the cubist style and one realistic. We will be learning about proportions, blind contour, space and shapes.
