Williston Boy Scout Troop #692 Annual X-Mas Tree Pick-Up - On Saturday, January 3rd, Williston Boy Scouts will be picking up Christmas trees curbside in the following areas: South Ridge, Brennan Woods, Wild Flower Circle, Old Stage Estates, Ledgewood, Pleasant Acres, Turtle Pond, Indian Ridge, Meadowridge, Chelsea Commons and Finney Crossing neighborhoods. Trees should be placed curbside by 9 am. This is the Scout's biggest fundraiser for the year. A suggested donation can be placed in an envelope tied to the tree. Money collected goes to the Scout's general fund to sustain various troop activities and community service projects throughout the year. The trees are recycled and used for fuel & /or composting based on the needs of CCSW.
