A reminder that the Montpelier Police Department will be holding our first "Coffee with a Cop" event this Saturday morning, 20 December 2014, between 11 AM and noon. Our goal is to have a low key event where Montpelier residents can interact with their police officers, ask questions, express concerns, and converse with each other in a comfortable environment. We plan to offer more of these events, ideally once a month, so if you can't make it this weekend there will be other opportunities. The outpouring of public support and interest has been overwhelming and we appreciate the positive feedback we've already received!

The event is occurring at Birchgrove Baking at 279 Elm Street in Montpelier. Birchgrove is generously offering a free coffee drink with the purchase of pastry to enjoy on site while interacting with your police and neighbors.
