The Light is slowly, but surely, returning as we transition from Winter to Spring, continuing our journey around the 🌞 sun!
We are beings of Light!✨ Our cells are nourished by the light of the sun.✨

✨Please join us for a 6 week Spring Qi Gong series
Beginning Thursday, March 13th, 8:30am
And continuing for 6 sessions, ending until April 24th. *(no class March 20th).

Classes are online via Zoom.
We will practice a new form in this series, as well as explore the wood element through the lens of Chinese medicine.

All are welcome...

And please note: if the Live Zoom practice sessions are at a time that do not work for you, you can still 'participate' in the class through the recordings.
