Hello all. Join us next Sunday to take a pause and fill your cup, while enjoying the warmth of community. As we all try to digest and process the many extremes we're experiencing in the world right now, let's come together, reflect, be creative, set intentions for the months ahead, and tend to our deepest selves so that we can stay present and engaged in our communities. You'll be guided through journal prompts, group discussion, and a fun and creative individual project to bring to life your inspiration. Lunch and materials included.
