Join us for an interactive community conversation series!
Hello friends, we are delighted to invite you to participate in a thought-provoking and insightful conversation on race. Join us for a 2-part session, using the "Let's Talk Race" Conversation Cards. This is a card deck created by BIPOC Vermonters as a tool to prompt discussion about racism, class and privilege, and shifting power. The tool is designed for people of all races, genders, socio-economic classes, ages, abilities, and more. The overall goal is to grow our communities' ability and skill to have conversations about race, by providing a tool to expand mutual understanding, empathy, and communication.
There will be two 2-part workshop series, one series in Montpelier and one series in Marshfield. Each workshop series will be two 1.5-hour sessions.
