I am glad to announce that Norwich University will host the 6th Peace and War Summit that addresses the theme of "LATIN AMERICA in the 21st Century: Retreat or Progress?" on March 17-18, 2025. Leading scholars and policy experts will examine key issues, including illegal immigration, drug cartels, gang violence, the influence of China and Russia in the region, and U.S.-Latin America relations. This event is FREE, OPEN to THE PUBLIC, and held in person, with a live-streaming option available.
