Please join us for a workshop on Vermont's new literacy law.
Aldrich Public Library
Thursday, March 6th at 5pm
This workshop will explore scientific research from over the last four decades demonstrating that nearly every student can be taught to read with effective instruction in the five components of reading. It will demonstrate teaching methods that both educate every student and close literacy gaps. With the passage of the new VT literacy law, Act 139, we will learn what teachers and parents can expect for changes in school protocols, and recommended best practices that can fulfill the law's intent: to teach all of Vermont's students to read!
See you at the library!
