Hello Neighbors!
The Ward 3 NPA will be meeting on Wednesday, March 5, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm in the Sharon Bushor Conference Room on the ground floor of City Hall located at 149 Church Street or online via Zoom - just two days from today!
Following Introductions and Public Forum, we'll consider a resolution calling on the City Council to designate Contois Auditorium in City Hall as the official polling place for Ward 3.
Beginning at 7:00pm, we'll hear from Ian Senesac, the owner of the Cosmic Grind coffee shop on the Church Street Marketplace, about his efforts to restore the Farmer's Market to City Hall Park followed by a community discussion.
At 7:30pm, we'll engage with City Councilor Melo Grant (and possibly other City Councilors) about the proposal to establish a Public Safety Kiosk in the downtown core to promote public safety for residents and businesses alike.
We'll wrap up with an update from Councilor Grant (and possibly Councilor Kane) who will provide an update on the work of the City Council.
