Walking Soccer is a smaller, non-contact version of the World's Game that allows older adults to play the game they love or even find a new way to be physically active and make new friends. It is altered to cater toward older adults by maintaining all the fun and physical activity while vastly reducing risk factors.
Walking Soccer is great for experienced players and those who are newcomers to the sport. Generally,
the normal rules of soccer apply to Walking Soccer. However, there are a few exceptions to the normal
rules including:
- SMALL-SIDED 5v5
- WALKING ONLY (no running or jogging)
- NO CONTACT
- BALL MUST REMAIN BELOW CHEST HEIGHT
- NO OFFSIDES
- NO GOALKEEPERS

Every Wednesday at Shelburne Field House from 12pm-1pm starting March 12th.
