WE WILL BE GIVING OUT AND COLLECTING SURVEYS TO GET INPUT THAT WILL GUIDE THE FOOD ACCESS EFFORTS OF JOHNSON .

Exciting things are happening in Johnson, and we need your input! Our Food Access and Awareness Task Force is working hard to improve access to fresh, local food.

✅ What We're Doing:
- Identifying potential locations and ownership models for a new grocery store (co-op, independent, or chain).
- Expanding food access by mapping local food resources, including farm stands, CSAs, and the Johnson Food Shelf.
- Exploring creative solutions like bulk buying clubs, community centers, and community meals.
- Advocating for flood-resistant, sustainable infrastructure for food access.
