Our March sound bath is happening next Sunday, 3/9/25. Treat yourself to an experience to enrich your spirit and promote self-healing. You are invited to join us for 60 minutes of breathwork, guided meditation and a sound/gong bath. Participants will be lying on the floor with props to enhance comfort. Sound healing is designed to release stress and anxiety, increase mental clarity and deepen inner peace.
