A peaceful protest has been called for Town Meeting Day, Tuesday, March 4, from 12 to 1 pm at the Four Corners in Bennington. The local event is in response to a call for action by "50501," a nationwide grassroots movement to stand up for democracy with an ongoing series of 50 protests in 50 states in one day. Join members of Bennington County Indivisible and other organizations, creative signs welcome.
