Come enjoy this holistic prenatal fitness class series - where you will not only build physical strength to help yourself feel better during pregnancy, but you'll help your body be ready to meet the wild work of birth (vaginal or cesarean birth). There will be a whole body focus on gentle strengthening, building posture awareness while exercising and how to take that into your daily life and some light/moderate cardio.
Class is tailored not only to what stage of pregnancy you are in , but takes you as an individual into consideration. Care is taken to mindfully exercise based on what you may be experiencing in your body as you move through each month.
Please be in touch if there is any question about when to begin prenatal exercise. In general, if your care provider has cleared you for regular exercise - come on over! Be in touch if there's something specific going on and you aren't sure if this class is the best option for you.
