Family Craft at Johnson Public Library

Past event
Dec 18, 2014, 3 to 4:30 PM

The Johnson Public Library is very pleased to be offering a fun and crafty workshop that the whole family can enjoy. Come on down on Thursday at 3 PM to make light-up pop-up cards with Becca. You will learn some wonderful techniques for creating pop-up designs inside your custom made greeting card, and then you will set your card aglow by creating a simple circuit with an LED light, copper tape, and a battery. All ages are welcome to join, but children under 10 should have a parent/guardian there to help, as there are some rather tricky parts to the activity. No pre-registration needed, but our supplies are limited, so don't be late!
