Dave Richardson is a folk singer/songwriter based in Windsor, VT. Dave's music has taken him all over the country playing for crowds large and small. When he's not singing and writing, he is sowing seeds and building bouquets as the co-proprietor of Branch & Thorn Flower Farm in Windsor.

With his warm, expressive voice and his acoustic guitar, he invites listeners to experience snippets of life through his songs: a fragment of overheard conversation, the recollection of a feeling, a snapshot of an event. Dave's songs reflect a unique point of view steeped in folk traditions and infused with an undeniably modern lyrical and musical sensibility.

Dave will be accompanied by cellist/singer/songwriter Valerie Thompson. Valerie has toured nationally and internationally with ensembles that range from art-rock to chamber folk such as Laura Cortese & the Dance Cards, Long Time Courting, Fluttr Effect, and Goli.
