What happens when there are conflicts? State's Attorney for Bennington County Erica Marthage will address some of these confusing issues with community members. Erica A. Marthage, Bennington County State's Attorney

The Office of the Bennington County State's Attorney is responsible for all criminal prosecutions, child protective matters, mental health as it intersects with public safety, public guardianship and advocating for victims of crime.

Erica has served as the elected State's Attorney in Bennington County since 2007. She grew up in Manchester, attended the University of Vermont and the University of Connecticut School of Law.
