Join us to practice and study mindfulness meditation inspired by the teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh known for "The Miracle of Mindfulness " and many other teachings . This is a group directed weekly gathering focusing on supporting each other with mindful breathing, sitting , walking and listening. Our goal is to live more fully in the present moment. Those from all backgrounds, faiths and practices are welcome. A donation to help pay for lease of the space is requested but not required .
