Do you or a family member need or prefer to be gluten free? We will bake gluten free recipes together in this session, discussing the ins and outs of gluten free baking, and how to adapt recipes. Participants will learn about resources for gluten free baking, various so-called "flavor flours", and go home with a few recipes to try on your own. We'll share the yummy results with a cup of tea!
Be aware that recipes will contain eggs, nuts, and dairy products.
