This forum is a chance to hear about the passion that has driven me to spend over 20 years dedicated to public education, student advocacy, and transparent, data-driven decision-making. I believe in collaborative leadership, where active listening and empathy help us truly understand what the data tells us. While data is essential for making informed decisions, our kids aren't just numbers—running a school board like a business won't solve our financial challenges and could even cause harm.
