Want to soothe your nervous system in the midst of this political chaos?

Come bathe in sound on Sunday afternoons at the Worcester Town Hall as Worcester-based sound healer & community herbalist Violet serenades you with gong, singing bowls, chimes, and more! This Sunday, 2/16, it begins with an opening circle a little earlier than usual, at 12:30pm, followed by a one-hour sound bath.

Bring whatever mats, blankets, or other props you need for lying comfortably on the floor for an hour. Children welcome as long as they are able to be still & quiet for the hour.

Suggested donation $22-$44.
