Tinmouth Roadhouse is open every Saturday for brunch from 8am to 1pm.

~ Our traditional breakfast sandwiches with 2 eggs, your choice of sausage, bacon or ham, Vermont cheddar cheese, on our house made English muffins or buttermilk biscuits.

~ Ham, asparagus and gruyere crepes, sliced ham, asparagus and gruyere cheese filled house made crepes topped with creamy bechamel sauce.
~ Asparagus and gruyere crepes topped with bechamel sauce.
~ Boston cream pie crepes, vanilla custard filled crepes topped with dark chocolate sauce.

~ House made sausage gravy over buttermilk biscuits.
~ Creamy veggie and herb gravy over our house made buttermilk biscuits.
~ Vegan creamy herb and veggie gravy over our house made biscuits (gluten free, vegan biscuits available)

~ Broccoli and Vermont cheddar quiche.

~ Steak benedict, thin sliced beef tenderloin steak topped with over easy eggs, sauteed garlic butter onions and mushrooms, on our English muffin finished with Dijon horseradish hollandaise sauce.

~ Cheeseburger hash, local Squire Farms ground beef and potato hash, topped with a Vermont cheddar cheese sauce, chopped lettuce, tomatoes and onions then finished with a drizzle of our house made burger sauce and a fresh fridge dill pickle.

~ Spinach, goat cheese and roasted red pepper omelete.

~ Pancakes, original vanilla or with your choice of blueberries, blackberries, or chocolate chips.

~ Our Italian wedding soup served with one of our buttermilk biscuits.
~ Shrimp sandwich, cold lemon and garlic shrimp with chive and caper cream cheese, sliced tomatoes and avocado on a grilled sesame seed bagel served with kettle chips.
