Where should the Hinesburg Trails Committee be focusing its time and energy over the next few years? We invite any and all to tell us your ideas so they can be incorporated into the next iteration of our Town Plan. Please come to our Committee meeting on Wednesday, December 17 in the main hall of the Town Offices. Discussion of updates to the Town Plan will begin at 7:30 PM and run for about an hour.

Our current Town Plan is available as a PDF on the Town website. The relevant map in this file is Map 13, "Trail Network Vision: Existing Routes and Gaps in the Town of Hinesburg." Text describing the Committee's focus can be found within the Recreation and Transportation sections of the Plan.

Please bring your suggestions about trails, sidewalks, and bike lanes. If you cannot attend this meeting, please email your ideas to me at buddfamily@gmavt.net before the end of 2014. We appreciate input from all.
