XIP Wishing Wellness Yoga is here! Join us in our Broad Street studio for Vinyasa Flow Yoga lead by teacher Amanda Hussey. Vinyasa can be translated as “breath synchronized movement" and the practice stems from Hatha ("ha" – sun, "tha" – moon) yoga, which draws inspiration from a wide range of yoga styles and backgrounds. This vibrant style of yoga joins asanas (physical postures) with pranayama (breath), creating an internal flow for the practice. Not sure what to expect from a class? Our Vinyasa Flow will be an all levels class lasting for 75 minutes. Bring a mat or use one of ours. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that you can easily move in.
