I am writing to promote this week's upcoming Wards 5 & 6 NPA meeting during which your school commissioners with present this year's school budget, *which projects a TAX DECREASE*, and invite your approval on Town Meeting Day next month. The entire agenda is meaningful, with the school budget discussion beginning at 7:45 pm.
