Both candidates for the South District city council seat -- Jen Zakaras and Buddy Singh -- will be joining us for a joint Wards 5 and 6 NPA meeting THIS THURSDAY, February 6 at DPW. (Note the unusual date/location combo; we're doing the joint meeting on Ward 6's usual date, but at Ward 5's usual location.)
