Monday night yoga STARTING March 10th!
Mondays can be tough. Come recover from your day, and restore to continue your week!
In this class we will engage the connection between breath, body and mind to generate heat and build strength and flexibility. Vinyasa incorporates a dynamic flow of gradually intensifying postures, with intentional breath, followed by cool down and rest.
All levels and abilities are welcome!
Students need to bring their own mat and any blocks or props they may want or need.
Mondays at 6:30 starting March 10th
$7 per class or $30 for 5 class punch card
