This opening program is Painting the Dandelion Resurrection: A Film and Filmmaker Talk. In this short film, Painting the Dandelion Resurrection, Vermont icon Peter Schumann, co-founder and creative force for Bread and Puppet Theater, begins and completes a painting, narrating his creative process. We observe this "artistic heavyweight" with filmmaker Susan Bettmann giving us an inside look at an extraordinary artist―still active as a nonagenarian.
