Hi neighbors,

I'm Jackie Matts, and I'm running for the Bennington Select Board because I believe in our town's potential. I've spent years working to make our community stronger—through local nonprofits, town committees, and hands-on service. Now, I'm ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work for you.

I'd love to meet you! I'm hosting a family-friendly meet & greet on Sunday, February 2, from 12-3 PM at the Community Market. There will be games and craft activities for kids, music, and free cake and beverages for everyone to enjoy. It'll be a casual, welcoming space and a chance to chat about the issues that matter most to you.

I'm focused on issues that affect all of us: ensuring safety, expanding opportunity, and strengthening our sense of community. That means working to make housing more affordable, supporting local businesses, keeping our neighborhoods safe, and making sure everyone is treated with respect and fairness.

This campaign is about building a safer, stronger, and more vibrant community—together. I hope to see you there!
