Program on "Understanding of Modern Slavery"

Sara Reed, a Social Studies teacher and Fulbright Scholar has researched slavery from ancient times to today; and the rise of the movement to abolish slavery and the many forms slavery is present currently. Ms Reed's talk is illustrated with stories of the slave trade , and what factors make people vulnerable to enslavement.

The program is February 5, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, at the Stowe Cinema 3Plex in Stowe.
