Someday soon I'd like to convene a "vision walk" from Vermont College, across Sabin's Pasture, onto the Country Club property, following the path where East State St. might be extended to connect the new housing that we hope will be built on the hill--a chance to jointly envision how much more powerful that development could be if directly connected to town.

This is not that vision walk, but rather the trailblazing for it. I don't know where and whether one can get across the ravine between Sabin's and the Country Club property. I'm hopeful, but it's got to be explored.

If you are a geographical trailblazer at least as much as a civic one, then I'd enjoy your company and appreciate your help. Be ready for ice, rocks, and running water. We start at 11AM Sunday from the VCFA sign. If you want to help station a car at the far end in advance, so we don't have to walk back, email me.
