The Holcomb House, home of the Johnson Historical Society will be open for the public to stop by and peruse the extensive collection of artifacts and memorabilia on Sunday. Town Historian, Linda Jones will be on-duty, ready to assist visitors with helpful information about the people and history of Johnson. In addition to the first floor of the main building, there are many items displayed in the Carriage Room (formerly a garage) which highlight early tools of the trades, many of which were hand-made. A visit to the Holcomb House can be a walk down memory lane. So if you are curious or have stories or photos to share, bring them along to 188 Main Street East from 1 to 3 PM. All are welcome. It is free.
