Ever wanted to learn to make your own fire cider? Experiencing sticker shock when you go to buy a bottle? Join farmer Christine from Eureka Organic Farm at the Springfield Food Co-op on Saturday, 2/1 or Saturday, 2/15 at 10a.m. to learn how to make your own. Participants will leave with a jar of their own homemade fire cider plus the know-how to do this again any time you run out. Pre-registration is required as space is very limited, and the cost is $30 per student. Please be prepared to bring your own cutting board and knife so you can chop your own ingredients.
