The Homemade Sides: Honey Buns, Pickles, Vinegar Coleslaw, Maple Pumpkin BBQ Sauce

The Sandwiches: Brisket, Pulled Pork or Pork Belly (comes with chips, pickles and slaw)

The Special: Sliced Smoked Pork Belly with Congee (Chinese Rice Porridge made with a rich homemade bone broth), Shiitake Mushrooms, Green Onion, White Pepper and Tamari
