The Manchester Democratic Town Committee is excited to announce the 1st Annual Potluck for Progress, a community gathering designed to bring neighbors together to share a meal, foster collaboration, and discuss a shared vision for progress in Bennington County and beyond. The event will take place on Sunday, January 26th, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 2:00pm in the Dana L. Thompson Park Community Room in Manchester Center.
This event will provide a warm and welcoming space for residents, families, and local leaders to connect, discuss priorities for 2025, and explore ways to strengthen our communities at the local, state, and national levels. The potluck will feature a variety of dishes brought by attendees, and everyone is encouraged to bring their favorite finger-friendly dish to share.
"This gathering is an opportunity for Democrats and community members to come together, celebrate our shared values, and chart a path forward," said Jonathan West, Chair of the Manchester Democratic Town Committee. "We believe that the key to progress is unity, and events like this help foster the connections we need to make meaningful change."
The event is open to the public, and all are welcome to attend. Attendees are encouraged to RSVP by emailing manchester@benndems.org. Please let the organizers know how many people will be attending and what dish you plan to bring.
This gathering is part of the Manchester Democrats' ongoing efforts to engage the community, foster collaboration, and build a stronger, more inclusive future for all Vermonters.
