6:25 p.m. Review and approve FY26 Final Budget to be considered by the voters on March 4, 2025 - Version 7

6:40 p.m. Review and sign the Official Warning for the March 4, 2025 Annual Town Meeting & Review and sign the Final Resolution of Necessity for the Bridge 7 Replacement

6:55 p.m. Review Ethics and Conflicts of Interest (Act 171). Designate ethics liaison to the State Ethics Commission and assign a municipal officer or body to receive complaints alleging violations of the Municipal Code of Ethics

7:15 p.m. Chittenden County Communications Union District announcement

7:20 p.m. Closing Public Comment Period

7:25 p.m. Review & Approve Warrants

7:30 p.m. Member items, correspondence, announcements, schedule. The next regular Selectboard meeting is scheduled for February 13, 2025
