Holiday Concert

The Now Playing Newport Music Series is pleased to announce the Lake Region High School Select Chorus' Holiday Concert on Sunday, December 14th, 4 pm, at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 44 Second Street, Newport. This program is free through a Northeast Kingdom Grant from the Vermont Community Foundation. Donations towards the group's music program will be accepted. The chorus is under the direction of Drr. Sara Doncaster, who will also accompany the chorus along with Mark Violette.

This year's program includes: Sing We Now of Christmas, All The Things You Are, When You Believe. Let Everything That Hath Breath, The Light That is Felt, Se tu m'ami. Caro Mio Ben, Si me vers avaient des ailes, Cantate Domino, Seasons of Love, Somebody to Love, and Hallelujah! (from "Handel's Messiah:A Soulful Celebration").

Alto: Kayla Poginy, Karamae Hayman-Jones, Bianca Mackay, Hannah Doncaster, Alyssa Lawson, April Streeter, Sydney Whipple;
