Make the most of a chilly winter day and join us at Stone Corral Brewery on Monday, January 20th to celebrate a centuries-old winter tradition: Bierstacheln, also known as, Beer Poking! The Bierstacheln tradition dates back to 17th-century Germany during the winter months when it was just too cold for cold beer. We can relate! This practice involves heating a metal rod until red-hot and plunging it into a beer. The result? A warmed brew with a caramelized, toasted flavor that's perfect for the season. Our patio will be open with an outdoor fire, heaters, s'mores, hot cocoa for the little ones, and of course — beer! Poking will be done 1pm — 4pm, don't miss it!
