1. Review agenda for addition, removal, or adjustment of any items per 1 V.S.A. §312(d)(3)(A).

2. Overview of Zoom meeting operation and procedures: rules for participation, mute microphone, recognition by Chair, etc.

II. Public Forum. (5 min. per person)

III. Regular Business.

1. Budget workshop: budget review for General Fund budget, Recreation Department, Police Department, Fire Department, Public Works Department, and other sections if available. (120 min.)

2. Review of draft Town Meeting and Police District warnings. (10 min.)

3. Review of meeting minutes. Approve 2025-01-13 draft.

4. Authorize accounts payable warrant and any liquor or tobacco licenses.

5. Selectboard roundtable.

6. Town Administrator's report.

IV. Other Business.
1. Correspondence, reports, and correspondences received.

V. Executive Session. Re: personnel matters per 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(3).

VI. Adjourn.
